What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us. When you book a consult or contact us, that is your name, email, optional organization, and any notes you include. If you use the client portal, we process the account credentials and workspace data required to operate it. We do not buy personal data or run advertising trackers.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for a consult, and deliver and support any engagement you enter into. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it except with service providers who help us operate the site and portal, under confidentiality obligations.

Retention & security

We keep contact and engagement records only as long as needed for the purpose above or as required by law, and we protect them with industry-standard technical and organizational measures. Client engagement data lives on infrastructure you own or that we operate on your behalf under contract.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared. Email hello@d3pth.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time.
